$350 for attorney work, and $175 for paralegal work, which includes—but is not limited to—phone calls with court staff, issuing subpoenas, drafting basic discovery requests, and organizing case files.

For new divorce cases with property and children, the typical retainer starts at $7,000, which must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any legal work. For all other matters, the retainer is dependent on the facts and situations of the case.

Misdemeanor minimum retainer is typically around $5,000, but depends on the facts/circumstances of the case.

Retainer depends on the facts and circumstances of the situation. We do not work on a contingency basis unless the case is for personal injury. Results are never guaranteed, but trust me, we will be just as invested as you are in achieving favorable results for your case.

Our goal is to respond to emails, calls, and text messages within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the urgency of the message.
